Manage and drive direct sales of Fortinet products into assigned named accounts via strategic partners. Create account plans, build executive relationships, generate pipeline, negotiate deals, and achieve quarterly sales targets for a portfolio of SMB/mid-enterprise accounts.

Pre-sales systems engineer who leads technical sales activities (RFIs/RFPs/POCs), designs security solutions, advises customers, manages multiple projects, and maintains Salesforce records while expanding Fortinet product knowledge.

Serve as a technical advisor in presales: gather customer requirements, design solutions with Fortinet products, deliver demos, PoCs, trainings, and enable sales and partners to accelerate deals.

Provide pre-sales technical leadership for LAN edge security across Canada, designing and recommending wireless, switching, and NAC solutions. Collaborate with sales, field engineering, product management, and R&D to influence product direction. Deliver training and enablement, create technical documentation, manage VIP projects, and act as a technical mentor and community leader. Support customer engagements and tailor presentations for diverse audiences. English required; French is a plus.

Lead hypothesis-driven threat hunting and design detection queries and dashboards from telemetry. Collaborate with ML/data teams to define features, labeling, and validation. Design and execute scripted adversary simulations to generate labeled datasets, map threats to MITRE ATT&CK, and validate SOC detections. Produce investigation reports and contribute to ML-driven detection feature design and explainability.

Develop and maintain PQC test systems and frameworks, create test packages from DUT specifications, analyze and escalate DUT issues, and collaborate with QA and Product to support automated test operations.

Develop and test resilient, scalable multi-agent AI systems and RAG pipelines. Integrate agents with external tools and APIs, run LLM/RAG evaluations, write prompts, and support light model fine-tuning to improve network security product development efficiency.
