Provide pre-sales technical support and consultancy for Very Large Enterprise accounts: design security solutions, run demos/POCs, prepare RFP/RFI/tender responses, and deliver channel training and professional services.

Sell Fortinet networking and security solutions to mid-market enterprises through direct and partner channels. Build pipeline, forecast, meet quarterly sales targets, and implement account and territory plans to drive revenue growth.

Provide pre-sales technical consultancy and solution design for commercial customers, produce proposals/RFPs/POCs, demonstrate solutions, support lab setups, deliver professional services and channel training for network and security deployments.

Manage and drive direct sales into major enterprise accounts, create strategic account plans to secure enterprise-wide Fortinet deployments, build executive relationships, generate and qualify pipeline, prepare bids/RFP responses and SOWs, negotiate contracts, meet quarterly sales goals, and close large enterprise deals. Role requires travel to engage customers.

Own and grow Very Large Enterprise accounts: drive new-business pitches, onboard and expand clients, generate pipeline and forecasts, collaborate on bids/RFI/RFPs and statements of work, and negotiate enterprise deployments of Fortinet solutions.

Provide pre-sales technical qualification and lead technical discussions on networking and security solutions; perform post-sales technical account support, coordinate with engineering/support, and assist with site surveys and customer training.

Qualify and advance approved sales opportunities by validating customer needs, scope, budget, and timelines. Engage stakeholders, partner with account and internal teams to progress deals, identify expansion opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, and improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal conversion.

Support sales by providing technical pre-sales expertise for Fortinet solutions: demos, PoCs, RfX responses, architecture and implementation design, customer advisory, integrations, and cross-sell/upsell identification.

Provide APAC technical support for Fortinet's FortiSASE: troubleshoot networking/security issues, collect and analyze configurations, reproduce environments in labs, recommend corrective actions, manage escalations, and educate customers until case closure.

Lead and execute manual and automated regression testing for FortiOS releases. Create and maintain test cases and automation scripts, track and report defects, collaborate with developers and product teams, and produce release notes, user guides, and reference materials to ensure product readiness.
