Lead post-sale client relationships for multiple medium-to-large accounts to drive adoption, expansion, and on-time renewals. Lead channel sales for Americas data center business by developing and managing brokers, sales agents and referral partners; generate pipeline and upsell opportunities; coordinate cross-regional teams; forecast partner-driven revenue; negotiate partnership agreements; mentor channel team members; maintain competitive and customer data; and drive execution of U.S. action plans aligned with global NTT initiatives.

Manage data center design projects from concept through construction documents and consultant coordination. Oversee A/E contracts, QA/QC, budgets, schedules, code compliance, stakeholder communication, and value analysis to meet performance and cost targets.

Lead electrical design for global data center reference designs, translating owner requirements into deployable standards. Review designs, perform and validate complex electrical calculations and studies, mentor engineers, engage vendors, support commissioning, and drive adoption of best practices across regional teams to ensure reliable, efficient data center electrical systems.
