Lead land portfolio and pre-development for data center acquisitions: manage entitlements, easements, permitting, budgets, risk registers, stakeholder coordination, and handoff to construction while ensuring projects meet timelines and business case objectives.

Provide technical support and maintenance for data center IT infrastructure: install, troubleshoot, and maintain server hardware/software, monitor system performance, ensure security and access control, support IT infrastructure projects, analyze systems for improvement, and coordinate with vendors and teams to meet SLAs.

Provide independent legal support for commercial contracting: draft, review and negotiate MSAs, vendor/client agreements, leases, sales and change orders; advise management on contractual, compliance, and financial risks; develop templates and procedures; liaise with global stakeholders; prioritize multiple matters and ensure contractual obligations are met.
