Own early- and mid-stage enterprise sales opportunities by qualifying leads, building financial and energy-savings business cases, managing pipeline stages, supporting negotiations, coordinating legal and finance requirements, and driving deals toward close. The role also includes forecasting, reporting, account transitions, process improvement, and mentoring newer Sales Associates while developing toward a quota-carrying Sales Executive position.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, email, and social media. Research target accounts and market trends, build prospect relationships, manage the sales pipeline, schedule next steps with sales executives, and collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and originations teams. The role requires consistently meeting quotas, developing sustainability and energy-sector knowledge, handling objections, and improving sales techniques while working 7 pm to 4 am IST.

Own sales operations processes, tooling, territory and account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement. Partner with sales leadership, executives, BDRs, IT, and other stakeholders to improve CRM adoption, sales productivity, pipeline performance, account outcomes, and revenue execution. The role also documents workflows, manages sales technology, analyzes business trends, and provides recommendations based on conversion metrics and forecast data.

Generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to sales growth by leveraging strong communication skills and understanding of sustainability.
