Collaborate across product, QA, architecture, and external stakeholders while maintaining robust, testable, and maintainable software.

Design and implement features across on-premise Connectors, cloud Relays, and Controller microservices for a Zero Trust Network Access product. Own services end to end, diagnose production performance issues, tune autoscaling, investigate complex customer support cases, write architecture proposals, and improve AI-augmented engineering workflows with rigorous validation and security controls.

Drive enterprise network security sales across an assigned territory, including new-logo acquisition, pipeline generation, forecasting, territory planning, quota attainment, complex negotiations, and deal closure. Build senior relationships with security executives, collaborate with channel partners, lead customer training and events, maintain CRM standards, and report market conditions and sales activity to management. Travel within the assigned territory as necessary.

Drive TrendAI’s channel growth and new-logo acquisition across Mexico through distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs, systems integrators, and strategic partners. Responsibilities include partner recruitment and development, joint business planning, demand generation, pipeline and revenue growth, forecasting, enablement, certifications, business reviews, and collaboration with direct sales, marketing, product, hyperscaler, and regional channel teams. Maintain partner and opportunity data in Salesforce.

Drive TrendAI’s channel strategy and new-logo growth across Mexico by recruiting, enabling, and developing distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs, systems integrators, and strategic partners. Build joint business plans, partner-sourced pipeline, demand-generation programs, forecasts, and revenue growth. Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and hyperscaler teams to create co-sell and marketplace opportunities. Manage distributor relationships, business reviews, certifications, training, and partner performance through Salesforce.

Drive demos and proof-of-concepts to showcase TrendAI security automation and integrations. Support pre-sales and post-sales technical relationships, perform health checks, gather product feedback, present to partners, and travel regionally for customer engagements and events.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise and commercial accounts for Trend Micro's cybersecurity portfolio. Manage full sales cycle, build pipeline with CRM, work with channel partners and technical teams on demos/POCs, engage C-level stakeholders, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
