The Staff Applications Engineer will work on integrating Swift Navigation products with customer platforms, focusing on tools, documentation, and customer support. Responsibilities include close collaboration with clients and engineering teams, designing demos, and leveraging extensive experience in GNSS/GPS and applications engineering.

Design, implement, and document advanced GNSS correction and user-positioning algorithms (PPP/RTK/SSR), lead cross-cutting technical projects, drive engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and own feature lifecycle from prototyping through production for Swift's Skylark corrections engine.

Lead global business development for autonomous mobility partnerships, drive GTM strategy, secure and negotiate commercial contracts and PoCs, produce forecasts and engagement plans, align cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing), and represent Swift at industry events to grow automotive revenue.

Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects to ensure software quality and compliance with industry standards. Lead QA teams, implement and maintain Quality Management Systems, and ensure adherence to ISO9001:2015, Automotive SPICE, and ISO 26262. Manage program and project activities and related compliance tasks.

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-availability cloud services for GNSS corrections, ensuring reliability and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
