Own and grow Tecovas Work’s corporate sales business by prospecting industrial and construction accounts, acquiring new B2B customers, managing the full sales cycle, structuring footwear programs, and expanding accounts into recurring company-wide programs. The role carries revenue targets, manages CRM and pipeline forecasting, negotiates pricing, and maintains customer relationships. It is based in Austin, requires relocation if necessary, and involves frequent national travel to job sites, offices, and industry events.

Owns the business operations of a product lifecycle management platform and vendor compliance system. Responsibilities include defining workflows and data standards, managing compliance records, coordinating product development calendars and bills of materials, overseeing integrations with ERP and downstream systems, conducting testing and audits, resolving data issues, and providing user access, training, and documentation.

Own purchase order placement and maintenance, sourcing and vendor data, production timelines, and vendor compliance across footwear, apparel, and accessories. Maintain PLM and ERP information, manage SOP documentation, resolve ASN and billing issues, support vendor onboarding and special projects, and improve sourcing workflows and data processes. The role also manages smaller vendors and coordinates cross-functional updates to keep production moving.

Manage the customer experience team’s systems, permissions, workflows, knowledge base, AI agents, automations, and data quality. Test and monitor system changes, AI responses, and integrations; document updates; track process improvement initiatives; coordinate requests across departments; manage vendor support tickets; and prepare performance reports. The role requires hands-on business-tool administration, strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, organized communication, and familiarity with AI tools and no-code automation.

Supports men's footwear product design from seasonal research and concepts through prototypes and final execution. Creates illustrations, CADs, technical drawings, and tech packs using Adobe software; develops footwear components, maintains digital assets, organizes samples, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on pricing, timelines, and brand goals. Participates in prototype reviews, updates designs based on feedback, manages multiple deadlines, and travels internationally for tradeshows and events as needed.

Lead design and commercialization of Tecovas men's footwear, driving seasonal direction, concept-to-production development, materials and construction decisions, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and supplier/factory partnerships to deliver cohesive, commercially successful collections.
