Supports men's footwear product design from seasonal research and concepts through prototypes and final execution. Creates illustrations, CADs, technical drawings, and tech packs using Adobe software; develops footwear components, maintains digital assets, organizes samples, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on pricing, timelines, and brand goals. Participates in prototype reviews, updates designs based on feedback, manages multiple deadlines, and travels internationally for tradeshows and events as needed.

Supports wholesale sales operations by managing account communications, customer onboarding data, order entry, seasonal order submissions, pricing and product information. Handles customer issues, order updates, RMAs, billing concerns, MAP policy monitoring, and data entry across customer platforms. Collaborates with Order Management and sales teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate account information. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with wholesale or retail environments.

Own wholesale channel planning across forecasting, buying, open-to-buy, inventory, reporting, and purchase orders. Lead and develop a Wholesale Planner while partnering with Sales, Merchandising, DTC Planning, and Sales Operations. Manage sell-in, sell-through, inventory risks, seasonal transitions, and financial updates. Improve planning processes and systems using NetSuite, WFX, Invent AI, EDI, retailer portals, and AI-enabled reporting. Represent wholesale inventory in leadership reviews and drive actionable recommendations.

Lead design and commercialization of Tecovas men's footwear, driving seasonal direction, concept-to-production development, materials and construction decisions, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and supplier/factory partnerships to deliver cohesive, commercially successful collections.
