Leads Lumotive’s North America sales strategy, revenue planning, pipeline development, account management, commercial negotiations, forecasting, and design-win execution through volume production. Builds executive relationships with module makers, OEMs, ODMs, distributors, and system integrators. Provides market intelligence on LiDAR, ToF, 3D sensing, and imaging, supports technical customer engagements, informs product roadmaps, and represents the company at industry events.

Lead Lumotive’s APAC sales strategy and revenue growth across Taiwan, China, Japan, and Korea. Build relationships with module makers, OEMs, ODMs, distributors, and system integrators; develop design-win pipelines; manage negotiations; and convert opportunities into volume production. The role requires technical fluency in optical semiconductor and 3D sensing technologies, accurate forecasting, market intelligence, customer technical engagement, and collaboration with global product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.

Develop and test next-generation LCM-based LiDAR systems and transmitters. Build test stations, fixtures, calibration systems, and Python automation tools; execute system-level characterization campaigns; debug electronics, optics, embedded processing, and control algorithms; contribute to design reviews and system optimization; and clearly communicate performance results across hardware, optics, firmware, and software teams.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations for the US team: source, interview, onboard, administer HR policies, handle I-9/E-Verify, coordinate payroll and immigration, and ensure labor law compliance while delivering excellent candidate and employee experiences.

Develop and support embedded firmware for mixed signal ASIC/SoC in an optical circuit switching platform, collaborating with teams for integration and testing.
