Supports digital product UX across research, design, prototyping, user observation, design-system application, analytics tracking, and collaboration with engineers and UX designers. The Supply Chain Intern collects, organizes, and analyzes data to identify patterns, improve data quality, and support business decisions. The role partners with demand planners to analyze statistical forecasting data for strategic business units and participates in the monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process. Responsibilities also include researching data and process issues, running basic queries, and converting large data sets into useful information.

Supports quality analysis and improvement across manufacturing, supplier, and plant processes. Responsibilities include analyzing quality trends, assisting with root cause and corrective action, auditing control plans, collaborating with suppliers, conducting process capability studies using SPC, CPK, control charts, and Minitab, and supporting QMS initiatives. Creates SolidWorks drawings, bills of materials, and design recommendations while analyzing structural loads, materials, durability, manufacturability, cost, and safety. Collaborates with engineering technicians to build and test prototypes and validate design changes.

Develop and support internal low-code applications and AI agents using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Assist with API and database integrations, automated testing, Agile delivery, intelligent automation, documentation, and application monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create secure, compliant, reliable digital solutions that improve enterprise productivity and workflows. The role is remote with occasional travel to Vermeer campuses.

Manage and organize component data within the PLM system to support product development and part reuse. Responsibilities include enforcing naming and classification standards, managing part approval and revision processes, optimizing CAD library models, consolidating part numbers, supporting component selection, coordinating with procurement, training users, and participating in PLM testing and improvement.
