Deliver hands-on configuration, integrations, and technical design for a Workday Learning environment. Build and troubleshoot EIB templates, create custom/advanced/matrix reports, design business processes, configure security groups and calculated fields, and support Workday integration architecture (Core Connectors, Web Services, Studio). Work under NIIT/Workday SME mentorship; this is a build-and-configure implementation role, not end-user administration.

Contract Project Managers will own end-to-end execution of individual projects across marketing, technology, communications, and content. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, risk management, vendor coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment in a remote environment.

Qualify and nurture inbound, warm leads; research prospects; draft client-centric communications; manage early-stage sales collateral and pricing; coordinate handoffs to Sales Executives and internal stakeholders to keep pipeline momentum.

Lead proposal strategy and storytelling for client-facing learning solutions. Craft tailored RFP responses and persuasive proposals, design learner journeys and solution concepts (eLearning, ILT, gamification, AI, VR/AR), ensure RFP compliance, coordinate case studies and visuals, and collaborate with Solution Architects, Art Directors, and account teams to hand off won projects.

Create and edit video and visual assets using traditional tools and generative AI. Collaborate on storyboards, research and test AI tools, optimize AI-assisted workflows, ensure brand and accessibility standards, and document production pipelines for consistent, high-quality video outputs.

Validate and shape a META Social Media Marketing certificate by reviewing job task analysis, advising skill prioritization, recommending portfolio projects, reviewing course content, and ensuring technical accuracy across Meta ad tools, measurement, AI workflows, and platform-specific content formats.

Develop and execute ABM and demand-generation campaigns for L&D accounts; collaborate with Sales and Design; craft personalized multi-channel outreach; manage CRM campaign data; analyze performance and optimize tactics to drive engagement and qualified opportunities.
