Leads enterprise strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, investment governance, long-range growth strategy, executive recommendations, KPI development, and transformation initiatives for a global medical technology organization. Partners with executives, clinicians, healthcare systems, and business leaders to translate oncology, clinical, market, competitive, and technology insights into enterprise priorities and execution plans.

Manages regional sales targets and customer relationships for a healthcare technology portfolio. Responsibilities include forecasting sales, analyzing market conditions, identifying product and service opportunities, preparing and negotiating proposals, coordinating assignments and projects, reporting revenue, developing after-market business, and serving as a commercial customer contact.

Develops new accounts and expands existing customer relationships within an assigned territory. The representative analyzes sales potential, creates territory strategies, maintains customer coverage, conducts sales calls and product demonstrations, manages quotations and orders, and provides consultative support for Varian medical technology products.

Leads new product introduction, design transfer, manufacturing readiness, process development, test strategy, PFMEA, qualification, and production ramp-up. Develops fixtures, tooling, automated test systems, and machine vision inspections. Manages automation suppliers, FAT/SAT, capital projects, budgets, and equipment acceptance. Troubleshoots electro-mechanical and software issues, drives root-cause corrective actions, supports capacity expansion, and mentors engineers and technicians. Requires extensive NPI, manufacturing test, automation, vendor management, statistical process control, and electro-mechanical engineering experience.

Leads marketing plans, programs, research, budgets, resource allocation, channel and pricing strategies, and marketing projects. Develops product ideas and enhancements, coordinates sales and marketing activities across stakeholders, manages service providers, monitors results, and leads assigned teams and organizational units to support business and profit growth.

Performs technical service activities including installation, commissioning, maintenance, evaluation, and troubleshooting of customer equipment and systems. Provides remote, onsite, and advanced user support; prioritizes and schedules service tasks; improves internal tools, processes, and data repositories; supports technical estimation and project planning; complies with regulations; and may manage subcontractors or contribute to service offering design.

Performs monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement consolidation, analysis, and reporting. Reviews and posts third-party accounts payable and employee claim documentation, manages fixed asset accounting, prepares reports supporting accounting controls, and completes additional assigned accounting tasks. The role requires knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes, strong English communication skills, and preferably SAP or accounting-firm audit experience.

Manages the Share360 healthcare service portfolio, including brand development, adoption and competitive analysis, innovation planning, customer performance reporting, stakeholder communication, and sales commercialization. Advises leadership, supports business cases and financial assessments, drives change, collaborates across sales, finance, and product management, and develops team members through mentoring and coaching.

Manages the XP product portfolio across its full lifecycle, including market and customer requirements, business planning, pricing, product roadmapping, competitive analysis, marketing strategy, and cross-functional development. Owns business performance and collaborates across product lifecycle, supply chain, and customer relationship functions to drive growth, profitability, and continuous improvement.
