Provide on-site software operational support for the airport Baggage Handling System: monitor system health, troubleshoot Java/XML/WebLogic/Oracle issues, manage incidents and changes, coordinate vendors/helpdesk, perform maintenance, and maintain documentation to ensure 24x7 system availability.
