Deliver hands-on SOP and on-the-job training to distribution center associates, support quality, safety, and security initiatives, audit and evaluate training effectiveness, collaborate with operations and continuous improvement teams, and perform productivity tasks while operating warehouse equipment.

Design and deliver complex networking and security solutions for partners and customers. Lead technical engagements from discovery through delivery, run workshops and site visits, coordinate vendors and internal teams, support commercial proposals, provide technical leadership and enablement, and maintain vendor certifications and best-practice architecture standards.

Support internal sales by processing customer orders and preparing quotations, manage customer inquiries professionally, prioritize tasks to meet SLAs, collaborate with the sales team, escalate issues, and use SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

Provide technical presales support by designing and configuring HPE/Aruba/Juniper solutions, creating bills of materials, responding to technical enquiries, maintaining documentation and vendor accreditations, enabling partners, and supporting post-sales activities to drive solution adoption and customer satisfaction.

Entry-level apprenticeship supporting business administration tasks: documentation, scheduling, data management, stakeholder relationship-building, and contributing to projects that improve efficiency and customer experience.
