As an FX Technical Director, you'll create simulations for visual effects like smoke and fire, apply lighting, and collaborate on design solutions.

The Creature FX TD will create simulation rigs, execute shots for character animations, collaborate with various departments, and develop tools while maintaining schedules and high standards.

Create and execute clothing, hair, muscle, and skin simulations for characters and creatures using Maya and proprietary tools. Build simulation rigs, deliver finished assets to Lighting, collaborate across Modeling, Rigging, Animation, Groom, and production, develop departmental tools, meet deadlines, present work for review, incorporate feedback, and complete assigned shots independently or within a team.

Hands-on role building cloud-first and ML infrastructure: develop high-availability automation workflows, resilient big-data pipelines, support developer systems for agentic applications, drive DevSecOps, architect security and identity frameworks, and optimise cloud cost and performance.

As a Lighting TD you will assemble 3D scenes, design and replicate realistic lighting, collaborate with CG supervisors and compositors, render element passes, optimize render configurations, and manage assets to meet production deadlines.

Work in Blender across the full 3D pipeline to create photoreal visual development assets (creatures, environments, FX). Sculpt, model, texture, light, shade, and render; build look-dev and node-based workflows; collaborate with supervisors to hand off clean scenes and communicate technical creative processes.

As a Senior Compositor, you'll integrate 2D, 3D, and live-action elements to create high-end visual effects. Collaborate closely with leads and supervisors while managing project timelines and ensuring high creative and technical standards.

The Animator will produce high-quality keyframe animation for characters and elements, ensuring timely completion of assigned shots and effective collaboration with the team.
