Support the Fund Investments & Managed Solutions team by reviewing and recommending private equity and private credit fund opportunities, conducting due diligence, monitoring managers and portfolios, preparing client deliverables, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, and assisting with special projects.

Provide senior paralegal support for corporate legal matters including governance for U.S. and non-U.S. subsidiaries, SEC/Nasdaq reporting, preparing governance documents, taking meeting minutes, supporting AML/KYC and due diligence, maintaining records and litigation logs, coordinating with transfer agents and service providers, and assisting attorneys with filings and special projects.

The Associate will work closely with external wholesalers to drive adoption of private markets solutions among financial advisors, maintain CRM updates, and deliver portfolio construction support.

Lead product discovery and delivery for private markets fintech: conduct UX research, identify friction, scope solutions, run POCs (including AI tools), write requirements and user stories, collaborate with developers, test releases, analyze impact, and produce product guides and change management materials.

Lead and grow relationships with independent broker-dealers, digital platforms, and strategic wealth partners. Manage due diligence, platform onboarding and approvals, negotiate agreements, build account plans, drive advisor adoption through trainings and events, monitor platform flows and retention risk, and provide client and competitive feedback to Product, Marketing, and Fund Management to grow AUM and revenue.

Support Australia private wealth client solutions and sales: manage advisor communications, prepare materials, coordinate meetings, roadshows and webinars, maintain CRM and pipeline data, assist RFPs, perform market research and sales analysis, and provide operational cover for the distribution team.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO and the HR team, managing calendars, travel, communications, onboarding/offboarding, HR Service Desk activities, HR calendar and events, recruiting support, and confidential record maintenance. Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, assist on special projects, and back up HR and Talent Acquisition Coordinators.

Lead day-to-day fund accounting and valuation operations for 70+ private equity funds, oversee audits, financial statement approval, controls, fee and expense calculations, vendor relationships, tax filings, valuations, budgeting, and team development for an 8-person department plus outsourced partners.

Lead product and platform management for Real Assets/Infrastructure funds, overseeing lifecycle from fundraising to maturity. Drive product strategy, investor relations, marketing collateral, RFP/DDQ responses, and cross-functional coordination with investment, legal, operations, and sales teams. Monitor platform KPIs, support onboarding and governance, mentor junior staff, and represent the platform to institutional and wealth clients globally.

Serve as a primary operational contact for fund accounting: review quarterly financial statements, assist audits, value investments, maintain cash and journal entries, resolve client requests, oversee administrators, and manage core department functions and projects.
