Lead and coordinate large, client-facing infrastructure programs across multi-site deployments. Manage WBS, schedules, risks, finances, resources, stakeholder communications, quality assurance, and profitability while driving delivery across cross-functional teams.

Drive consulting pre-sales for regional AI PODs by scoping, packaging, and positioning AI services (data readiness, governance, AI Factory, workforce AI, coding assistant pilots). Collaborate with sales, architects, and delivery to develop proposals, ensure clean handoffs, justify infrastructure, design lab/PoC engagements, and build repeatable service frameworks to accelerate customer adoption and downstream consumption.

Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions including integrations, scripting, workflows, service catalog, and testing. Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor developers, perform upgrades, support production issues, and produce technical documentation in an Agile environment.

Support and own HRIS/HCM systems and ServiceNow HRSD workflows; act as functional SME, manage UAT, monitor ADP Vantage integrations, run reports and audits, provide front-line ticket support, collaborate with HR/IT, and drive continuous improvements using data and AI analytics.

Lead a team of consultative systems engineers supporting South TOLA enterprise sales. Own technical strategy, align with OEMs, oversee presales, recruit and mentor staff, drive local market growth, and ensure delivery of large-scale IT solutions.

Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform and PowerShell; build GitLab CI/CD pipelines; manage Azure networking and AVD; enforce FedRAMP/NIST/RMF security controls; monitor with Azure Monitor/Log Analytics; collaborate with stakeholders onsite in Washington, DC.
