Provide legal leadership on global export, import, sanctions, investment restrictions, and customs compliance. Advise business and cross-functional teams, support M&A and due diligence, develop policies and training, conduct risk assessments and investigations, and manage outside counsel to ensure adherence to international trade and anti-corruption laws.

Lead NPI supply chain and sourcing for new minimally invasive robotic products. Manage commodity managers, buyers, and program managers; develop sourcing strategies, select and engage suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage inventory and forecasts, mitigate supply risk, ensure SOP/SOX compliance, and accelerate time-to-market through process improvements and cross-functional leadership.

Lead end-to-end design, build, QA, and optimization of multi-channel, compliant customer journeys in Marketo. Manage Marketo-Salesforce integration, segmentation, event automation (ON24/Cvent/Zoom), webform integrations, measurement (UTMs, attribution), and continuous experimentation to drive engagement and conversion for Japan marketing.

Serve as technical functional lead for HR systems, gathering requirements, designing solutions, overseeing configuration and integrations, ensuring data governance, supporting testing, releases, and production support across HR platforms.

Drive utilization and sales of the da Vinci Surgical System by training surgical teams, developing territory strategies, supporting sales/marketing events, generating qualified leads, and managing administrative reporting.
