Responsibilities include designing voice interfaces, authentication and user profiles; conducting user research; developing personas and scenarios; leading workshops; defining UX roadmaps and vision; collaborating with product, clinical, software, hardware, and human factors teams; and producing detailed specifications, prototypes, and usability-risk mitigations.

Supports new product development, localization, certification, and launch of robotic-assisted medical devices in China. Support supplier selection and quality issues, production-line troubleshooting, engineering changes, quality-system compliance, employee training, and continuous improvement initiatives within a medical-device manufacturing environment.
