Provide technical leadership to take electromechanical humanoid robot hardware from concept to production. Drive CAD completion and drawing packages, GD&T and tolerance analysis, DFx with suppliers, risk management (FMEAs, validation), and mentor design engineers to meet performance and reliability targets.

Design, build, and maintain Boston Dynamics' robot fleet management web application. Rapidly deliver full-stack features, collaborate with product and operations, debug and perform post-mortems, integrate asset and 3D data, and document work for broad adoption.

Lead a team of ~5 ML engineers to research, prototype, and deploy multimodal ML models for robotic inspection. Curate datasets, establish evaluation methods, fine-tune generative models (esp. vision), and improve model performance for anomaly detection and object classification within industrial sites.

Design, build, and operate hybrid on-prem and cloud infrastructure for robotics. Lead infrastructure projects, scale CI/CD and platform services, own reliability and on-call, implement Infrastructure as Code, harden security, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable, cost-efficient infrastructure for production systems.

Lead actuation technical program manager coordinating development of humanoid actuator subsystems from design through mass production. Build schedules and budgets, manage cross-functional stakeholders (mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls), track risks and critical path, run design reviews, ensure documentation/change control, and coordinate manufacturing, supply chain, and international vendor meetings for on-time delivery.

Outbound SDR responsible for prospecting industrial accounts, conducting outreach via phone and email, qualifying opportunities, scheduling and occasionally facilitating on-site demos, maintaining pipeline and CRM records, and partnering with Sales Managers to develop strategic accounts while communicating Boston Dynamics' robotics solutions.

Lead and grow an ML platform team (4→10–12), owning GPU compute infrastructure, data storage and pipelines, shared tooling, architecture, cross-functional partnership, and hiring while remaining hands-on.
