Create culturally relevant, consumer-centric copy and concepts across social, digital, in-app (CRM, ASO), OOH, experiential, TV, audio, and partnerships. Collaborate with designers and creative teams, present work to stakeholders, optimize copy per platform, uphold brand voice, and manage multiple projects and time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and execute US brand campaigns and go-to-market strategies for BFF. The role requires appearing on camera, attending events, engaging communities, and collaborating with marketing, creative, PR, partnerships, and product teams.

Develop high-quality graphic design across print, digital, social, growth, marketing, and global campaign work. Own projects from concept through execution, collaborate with writers, motion designers, art directors, and marketing partners, present creative work to stakeholders, uphold brand standards, and manage multiple briefs in a fast-paced environment.

Design, build, and maintain scalable secure software, APIs, automation, and observability for security telemetry and detection. Build data pipelines, security tooling, and platform defenses; collaborate across engineering and security teams; leverage AI responsibly to improve automation, detection, and engineering productivity.

Lead pricing and promotion strategy across Bumble and Badoo, run pricing experiments (A/B tests), analyze customer behavior and elasticity, collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable billing configurations, and use AI-enabled tools and data to drive payer growth and monetization decisions.
