Define scope, milestones, and success metrics; manage risks and dependencies; implement scalable processes and automation for joiner/mover/leaver workflows, access certification, and least-privilege models. Serve as primary stakeholder liaison and drive adoption across security, IT, engineering, product, and operations.

Drive cross-domain solutions, resolve performance and scalability constraints, evaluate core data technologies, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor senior engineers.
