Design and model stormwater drainage and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS). Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, calculations, drawings and reports using Infoworks ICM and other H&H software. Coordinate with CAD/BIM teams, apply water-sensitive design principles, supervise junior engineers, and support projects through detailed design stages.

Lead technical delivery and governance for wastewater network and pumping station projects within the PMO. Establish standards and design assurance, perform hydraulic modelling and capacity assessments, conduct multidisciplinary technical reviews, manage technical risks, and oversee design through handover. Interface with clients, operations, consultants, contractors, and regulators while promoting innovation, value engineering, and continuous improvement across the capital programme.

Manage and administer government construction subcontracts: prepare and evaluate bids, perform cost/price analyses, negotiate and modify subcontract terms, ensure CPSR and regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and maintain subcontract documentation and supplier setup.

Lead stakeholder engagement and interface management for large-scale transportation projects. Build relationships with government authorities, utility providers, and industry partners; resolve interface issues; support land acquisition, traffic and safety coordination, community outreach, and integrated transit development. Provide strategic stakeholder advice, monitor regulatory and political developments, and support client objectives to ensure successful project delivery.
