Lead and supervise drainage design staff on projects, ensuring code compliance, quality control, staffing and budgeting, coordinating multi-discipline inputs, producing drawings and calculations, managing scope changes, and driving technical excellence and productivity.

Lead end-to-end procurement for the PUA-VST transport corridor: develop procurement strategy, manage tendering and contracting, negotiate commercial terms, oversee supplier performance, ensure compliance and risk management, and integrate procurement with program delivery while leading and building the procurement team.

Ensure compliance with document control procedures, support junior staff, and perform light clerical duties to support engineering/design projects.

Coordinate project approvals, permits, NOCs, inspections, and utility interfaces with government authorities and service providers for infrastructure projects. Monitor approval status, review contractor submissions, attend stakeholder meetings, follow up on inspections and clearances, and advise on authority-related risks to ensure compliance and project completion.

Provide Tier 2 system administration for VMware and Linux environments; support automation, monitoring, virtualization, cloud, and container technologies; manage SEIM and security tools, storage, patching, and scripting; handle Tier 1 escalations, documentation, and configuration control. Role is on-site in Boulder during business hours.

Support management and delivery of complex infrastructure projects: develop scopes, schedules, budgets; coordinate procurement and multidisciplinary teams; control communications; prepare reports; monitor quality, risks, and deliverables; and assist the Project Manager in planning, staffing, and client engagement.

Lead post-contract commercial administration for mega construction packages: manage variations, EOTs, high-value claims, dispute resolution, progress payments, final account close-outs, and mentor a contracts/commercial team while ensuring contractual compliance.

Lead all O&M procurement for the PUA program: develop sourcing and contracting strategies, manage end-to-end tenders, negotiate commercial models, build supplier and performance frameworks, ensure governance/compliance, integrate procurement with operations/asset management, engage stakeholders, and lead an O&M procurement team.
