Lead traffic engineering and mobility planning projects from concept through implementation. Oversee traffic studies, modelling, design (intersections, signals, corridors), ITS, multimodal and parking strategies; manage multidisciplinary teams, client and stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, QA/QC, and continuous improvement.
