Lead design, delivery, and operations of Java-based analytics/search microservices for a global mission platform. Own Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana/Grafana stacks, optimize query performance and aggregations, define indexing/sharding strategies, ensure observability and SLAs, guide dashboards and role-based analytics, and drive incident analysis and cross-team integration for telemetry and ingestion pipelines.
