Lead multi-discipline design teams for large rail and transit design-build projects. Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, QA/QC, safety, stakeholder coordination, contract terms, and delivery from concept through final design to meet client and contractual requirements.

Support design, analysis, and implementation of civil projects (roadways, drainage, utilities). Lead and mentor engineering teams, prepare technical reports and proposals, ensure regulatory compliance, support business development, and coordinate agency approvals to maintain project continuity through all phases.

Design and prototype CNO/cyber tools, provide embedded operations support and capability integration, research and reverse-engineer software and device vulnerabilities, document and present findings, and collaborate with customers to integrate solutions.

Perform independent roadway engineering and design for transportation projects, using CAD/modeling tools to produce calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Mentor junior staff and support procurement and bid document development.

Design and implement secure, repeatable AWS and hybrid (on-prem VMware) reference architectures and IaC patterns using Terraform. Lead multi-account, network-segmented deployments, CI/CD for infrastructure, resilience/DR planning, and collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to standardize, document, and automate platform operations.

Lead PMO reporting and analytics for the Roads Program: develop and enhance weekly progress reports and dashboards, validate schedule/cost/change data for consistency, consolidate inputs from PMCMs and PMO managers, produce executive summaries and ad-hoc analyses, and present insights to senior Client and PMO leadership.
