Lead design review, coordination, and construction supervision of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, BMS). Monitor contractor performance, inspect for compliance with approved drawings and quality standards, review submittals and RFIs, support testing and commissioning, and assist project teams with progress reporting and client/utility interfaces.

Perform reverse engineering and vulnerability research on embedded systems, firmware, and binaries. Design and implement embedded software in C, develop prototypes, and apply CNO techniques to discover and remediate vulnerabilities while working on-site with a small expert team to support national security missions.

Design, develop, and support mission-critical distributed systems using Java/Scala/C/C++. Maintain interfaces, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments; write tests; troubleshoot production issues; collaborate with network, infrastructure, and field teams; participate in on-call rotations and operational support. Ensure configuration/change control and produce runbooks and documentation.

Lead delivery of regional transportation projects: manage scope, schedule, budget, teams and subcontractors; oversee technical deliverables, QA/QC, safety and PMIS; mentor staff and report progress to management.
