Lead and grow Parsons' Greater Toronto Area highway program by managing multidisciplinary civil design teams for MTO design-build and conventional projects. Oversee delivery of detailed design highway widening and interchange modifications, support business development with MTO, and manage project execution from award through delivery.

Lead drainage design and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis for civil and transport projects. Provide technical design for stormwater systems, perform modeling, QA/QC, mentor junior staff, coordinate CAD/BIM teams, manage projects, secure client approvals, and apply sustainable SuDS and value-engineering solutions.
