Lead QA for Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Customer Insights Journeys). The role requires knowledge of federal accounting standards, procurement regulations, CFO requirements, OMB guidance, and internal controls, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications. The consultant must obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability.

Provides senior-level federal accounting and financial management advisory support, including technical accounting research, financial statement preparation, transaction validation, reconciliations, regulatory guidance, audit remediation, internal controls, process improvement, briefing materials, and staff direction. The role supports federal clients and requires obtaining and maintaining Public Trust suitability. DHS experience and CPA or federal financial management certifications are preferred.

Analyze financial data and reporting systems to track project funding, reconcile balances, ensure internal control compliance, support audits, and provide financial analysis for project decisions using spreadsheets, databases, and financial management tools.

Develops and integrates master schedules for construction, design/build, architecture, engineering, fit-out, and occupancy projects. Performs critical path, time impact, risk, cost, variance, forecasting, and schedule change analyses; monitors progress and prepares status reports. Coordinates vendor and contractor schedules, develops work breakdown structures and project management plans, supports mitigation strategies, and provides planning documentation and briefings to project teams and government customers.
