Manage APAC logistics for iTero products including SAP OTC and Salesforce inventory control, RMA coordination, demo asset movement, 3PL invoice processing, freight and customs management, trade compliance support, RCA/CAPA for non-conformances, reporting on costs/SLA, and ensuring documentation and regulatory adherence (ISO13485/GDPMD). Partners with Product, Engineering, and Clinical leaders on ROI analysis, portfolio metrics, business cases, operating plans, forecasts, and financial reporting. Reviews expenses, resource allocations, purchase requisitions, contracts, and reconciliations while providing insights to improve product and technology roadmaps. Builds executive presentations, supports financial management, and coordinates the Finance team calendar.

Manages EMEA customer and distributor orders, including contract verification, order entry, backlog management, subscriptions, returns, replacements, credits, rebills, and customer master data. Ensures workflows meet SLAs, supports commercial programs, responds to internal inquiries, maintains procedures, provides reporting and training, and develops workflow improvements across business functions. Uses Salesforce, Apttus, SAP, Excel, and Power BI to maintain operational accuracy and service quality.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics for Invisalign in India: international transportation, customs clearance, domestic distribution, carrier/vendor management, cost and freight audit, RFQs, and continuous improvement. Support trade compliance, logistics network expansion, and cross-functional guidance while resolving shipping escalations with RCA/CAPA and optimizing cost-to-serve and lead times.

Lead day-to-day operations of a UKI Customer Success team, ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met, coaching and developing staff, handling escalations, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience.

Manages global revenue accounting policies and methodology for promotions and training programs.
