Provide remote corporate travel booking and advisory services for business clients using GDS. Arrange domestic and international travel (air, road, rail, accommodation), ensure policy compliance, resolve customer issues, anticipate traveler needs to upsell services, and collaborate with teammates to mentor and improve service.

The role involves installing and configuring travel billing platforms, developing applications, conducting code reviews, and improving code quality in an agile team environment.

Advise and book complex domestic and international corporate travel for VIP clients using GDS. Research options, ensure policy compliance, prevent fraud, resolve issues, upsell services, and coach teammates to maintain high service standards.

Own a portfolio of SME and mid-market accounts across North America, execute high-volume phone-first outbound prospecting, build multi-touch cadences, manage pipeline and callbacks, and partner with Account Executives to generate qualified meetings and handoffs.

Act as primary client liaison for assigned programs, qualify meeting requests, initiate RFPs, negotiate contracts and pricing with hotels and suppliers, manage budgets and supplier relationships, maintain documentation and meeting records, and support program turnovers.

Support Meetings & Events Request-a-Vendor team by collecting, validating, and managing event data and SOPs; communicate with internal stakeholders, track and report activities, improve processes, and meet service-level agreements while handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.
