Collaborate with architects and the Center of Excellence while applying Salesforce, DevOps, SDLC, security, and software development best practices.

Drive commercial growth among luxury travel agencies, especially Virtuoso-affiliated advisors and agencies. Build and manage sales pipelines, develop partnership strategies, deliver product demonstrations and ROI cases, negotiate agreements, attend industry events, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams on onboarding and partner success. Maintain forecasting and CRM accuracy while serving as a subject-matter expert on luxury travel, GDS usage, agency operations, and advisor workflows.

Manage end-to-end meeting and venue sourcing for clients, including needs assessment, supplier negotiations, RFPs, room blocks, logistics, billing oversight, savings negotiations, and program evaluation. Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams while driving continuous improvement and supporting team onboarding.

Monitors potential threats to travelers, delivers sensitive crisis reports, supports analytics and project deliverables, maintains program documentation, and engages crisis teams during escalations. The role troubleshoots reporting, ensures data quality, conducts stakeholder debriefs, recommends program improvements, and provides training and consulting. It requires 24/7 rotational shift coverage in India, strong SQL, Tableau, Excel, VBA or Python skills, analytical judgment, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Lead pharmaceutical congress programs as the primary client liaison, coordinating meeting spaces, AV, catering, suppliers, contracts, registration, travel, itineraries, budgets, and on-site logistics. Manage timelines, status meetings, financial forecasting, records, and program debriefs while ensuring client objectives and event requirements are met. Support complex, international, confidential, and high-volume congresses, including VIP projects. Travel up to 40% may be required.
