What You'll Do- Develop, maintain, and debug Salesforce platform components using Salesforce and SDLC best practices while collaborating with solution and technical architects to maintain platform stability and implement scalable enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, implement and maintain integrations with third-party applications, and participate in daily stand-ups to ensure transparency and alignment across the Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Participate in architecture and design discussions, conduct peer code reviews to drive consistent quality, and troubleshoot bugs and issues while contributing technical insights to support activities.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Gearset, and oversee end-to-end release management processes across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud environments.
- 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) with Platform Developer I certification and proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.
- Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and security best practices with strong experience in DevOps, SDLC best practices, and GitHub/GitHub Actions (preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and development tools including VSCode, Apex Data Loader, Tooling API, Postman, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
- Strong problem-solving skills, growth mindset, and curiosity with excellent collaboration abilities and technical analysis and documentation capabilities.
