Underwrite complex home equity line of credit applications by analyzing borrower documentation, creditworthiness, tax returns, K-1s, verifiable income, and repayment ability. Apply consumer lending policies, regulatory guidelines, and secondary market requirements to make sound credit decisions, mitigate risk, document methodologies, and identify counteroffer opportunities while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Provides application and operational support for Asset Finance systems, primarily InfoLease and Rapport. Develops multi-year category strategies, drives savings and value delivery, leads complex negotiations, manages strategic suppliers, monitors performance and risk, and advises senior stakeholders. Identify and deliver AI-enabled use cases that improve data accessibility, analysis, automation, and decision-making while leading agile product delivery.

Handles customer calls and provides collection and recovery solutions for customers experiencing financial hardship. Serves as a subject matter expert, maintains account and system records, follows debt-collection laws and bank policies, supports junior staff, conducts peer reviews, and helps improve collection metrics through projects and process initiatives.

Supports middle-market M&A transactions in the Consumer and Retail sector by building financial models, performing valuations, conducting due diligence, preparing transaction documents and pitch materials, participating in client meetings, developing transaction strategies, and supporting business development. The role works closely with junior and senior bankers and manages multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Supports investment banking origination and transaction execution across financings, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory services. Performs financial analysis and modeling, industry and company research, process coordination, and prepares pitch materials, client presentations, offering memoranda, and proposals. Works with senior bankers and interacts with current and prospective clients in the defense, government, engineering, and industrial services sectors.

Supports senior investment bankers in originating and executing M&A, leveraged finance, equity capital markets, and corporate finance transactions. Responsibilities include financial modeling, company and industry research, transaction analysis, pitch and marketing materials, client presentations, underwriting processes, due diligence, legal documentation, and transaction execution. The Associate also supports client development and supervises analyst-level bankers.
