Lead strategic planning and oversight for enterprise analytics, data warehousing, and integration. Serve as subject-matter expert and liaison, chair Analytics Steering Committee, set priorities and budgets, recommend platforms and technologies, oversee reports/dashboards and decision-support applications, manage staff development, quality, operational profitability, infrastructure, and compliance within a healthcare setting.

Perform month-end close, compile income statements, reconcile general ledger accounts, manage billings and patient refunds, prepare journal entries and financial analyses, support audits, and maintain charge master and related financial records.

Provide clerical and administrative support including scheduling, travel and expense coordination, document preparation, meeting coordination and minutes, project and event organization, physician schedule and reimbursement tracking, customer relations, and general office duties within a healthcare department.

Supports materials management by receiving, inventorying, and delivering supplies, resolving order and receipt errors, generating reports, training staff, and improving supply chain processes and customer service across facilities.

Lead HR business partner for a division: develop people strategies, drive performance management, workforce planning, staffing and talent programs, ensure compliance with employment and regulatory requirements, and support leader communications, engagement and retention.
