Build journeys in Journey Builder, execute emails in Email Studio, manage SFMC data/extensions and automations, support integrations (SFTP/API), monitor performance, ensure compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on data collection and measurement.

Develop and deliver marketing and customer analytics (reporting, targeting, segmentation, forecasting), own end-to-end analytics projects, automate reporting, provide ad hoc analyses, and communicate insights to drive business impact across the customer journey.

Lead digital measurement and analytics for Synchrony's digital initiatives, partnering with marketing, technology, and US/India teams. Drive data collection, validation, reporting, and analytics roadmaps using Adobe/Google Analytics, SAS/SQL and Tableau. Manage project delivery in Agile, mentor and hire analytics talent, and deliver actionable insights to optimize customer and digital experiences.

Lead enterprise visual and brand strategy for digital products, direct and maintain a unified design system, ensure brand and accessibility standards, mentor and manage UI/design teams, collaborate with executives and cross-functional partners to drive cohesive user experiences and deliver high-quality design outputs.

Lead loyalty strategy and program management for Care Credit, including migrating the program onto ENGAGE, evolving DC and PLCC value propositions, building governance, partnering with IT and research, applying loyalty best practices, presenting to leadership, and managing multiple cross-functional projects to drive customer engagement and innovation.
