The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue in the Middle East by creating and executing a sales plan, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams for successful deal closure.

Research and prototype AI/agent identity solutions, collaborate with product and UX, participate in full lifecycle development, and support production systems while using AI tooling to accelerate engineering work.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements by designing and delivering demos, PoCs, and RfX responses for IAM solutions. Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and support to translate customer requirements into secure identity solutions, guide the Sales Engineering team, and drive opportunities to close. Travel across the UK/EMEA (~20-30%).

Lead AMER enterprise sales to drive revenue growth by developing go-to-market strategy, managing and coaching large distributed teams, aligning with Product and Marketing, optimizing sales processes and tools, forecasting and planning, building executive customer relationships, and representing the company at industry events.

Design, build, and maintain cloud-hosted production infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for a large identity platform. Implement automated deployments, ensure resiliency, observability, security, and cost optimization. Collaborate across teams, perform tech evaluation, participate in on-call rotation, and mentor others while improving deployment and operational practices.

Design, build, test, and operate IAM and platform services across the stack. Implement APIs, models, workflows, and orchestration surfaces. Research and prototype AI agent identity solutions, collaborate with product and UX, participate in design, coding, testing, rollout, and production support, and mentor other engineers.
