Own editorial and PR for Luxer One and Luxer Access: write SEO-driven blog content, manage PR agency and media kits, build email/drip campaigns for multifamily and ARR audiences, track/report content and PR performance, and collaborate with Digital Marketing, Design, and Sales to drive traffic, placements, and pipeline contribution.

Manage and support locker installation operations: provide escalation support, approve site preparedness, ensure installation quality control, manage scope changes, liaise with install partners and internal teams, develop processes and documentation, perform floor plan reviews and sales support, deliver training and on-site management for high-profile jobs, and resolve safety and compliance issues.

Own the technical relationship and system health for assigned accounts, monitor uptime and performance, troubleshoot hardware/software, lead onboarding and training, document configurations, surface upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Account teams to meet SLAs and drive adoption.

Manage full-cycle commercial accounts for major customers: prospecting, onboarding, retention, upsell and expansion. Act as technical expert for Luxer One systems, maintain CRM (Zoho), resolve escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet revenue, retention, and operational KPIs.

Provide phone- and email-based technical support to property managers and field technicians, remotely troubleshoot locker systems (power, connectivity, hardware), manage tickets to resolution, coordinate field visits and parts shipments, and contribute to long-term fixes and team projects.
