Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
Complete monthly general ledger account reconciliations.
Assist the accounting manager in preparing documents and interpreting complicated financial information for the operations team and upper management.
Assist in internal/external audits of financial and operational processes.
Perform month-end and year-end reconciliations.
Perform Annual Recurring Revenue commissions per month
Handle asset management
Perform and monitor revenue/cost recognition and revenue/cost accrual and ensure compliance with policies.
Perform INL subscriptions upload and audit per month.
Perform monthly/quarterly/annual recurring revenue audits.
Special projects as assigned.
RequirementsAT A MINIMUM, YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years senior accounting experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- Relevant certification (CMA or CPA) will be preferred

- The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location. This range reflects what we believe in good faith we'd pay for this position at the time of posting, and final offers may vary based on qualifications and business needs.
