Partnering with the Chief of Staff to drive end-to-end execution of executive-sponsored, cross-functional initiatives. Translate strategy into scopes, milestones, owners, and success metrics; maintain integrated project plans, decision logs, and dependency tracking; surface risks and blockers; coordinate stakeholders; run operating cadences; prepare executive updates; shepherd NPIs and ensure accountability to deliverables and measurable outcomes.

Supervise 5–6 collections specialists, assign portfolios, monitor productivity and KPIs, manage high-risk accounts, resolve billing disputes, and reduce delinquency and DSO. Coordinate with Billing, Sales, and Customer Service, support audits and financial reporting, approve or recommend payment arrangements, and communicate collection issues to leadership. Assist the Accounting Manager with document preparation and interpretation of financial information.

Manage full-cycle major commercial accounts including prospecting, retention, upsell, and expansion. Serve as primary client contact, maintain deep technical knowledge of Luxer One hardware and software, coordinate cross-functionally, ensure timely invoices and POs, keep CRM (Zoho) up to date, and drive revenue and retention targets.

Own technical relationships and system health for assigned accounts: monitor uptime, troubleshoot hardware/software, lead onboarding and training, document configurations, surface upsell opportunities, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales to meet SLAs and drive adoption.

Sell advertising across Luxer One's mobile app, email, and digital placements by prospecting new advertisers, managing the full sales cycle, upselling, coordinating ad setup, and using performance data to optimize and renew campaigns.

Drive and implement test automation strategy for web, mobile, and IoT products. Develop and maintain automation platforms and test suites, integrate with CI/CD, mentor teammates, lead QA initiatives, triage complex issues, and collaborate across engineering teams to improve quality.

Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications. Port and restyle native apps to React Native, build greenfield apps, write unit/integration tests, debug production issues, participate in code and design reviews, and take part in agile ceremonies.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure data pipelines and ETL processes using Spark and cloud ETL tools; architect and optimize Redshift and BigQuery warehouses; implement data quality, monitoring, and security controls; ensure compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA); collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior engineers; participate in on-call incident response.

Sell advertising across Luxer One's digital channels by prospecting new advertisers, managing full sales cycles, upselling existing clients, coordinating campaign setup, and analyzing performance to optimize and renew placements.

Serve as the bridge between Access Control product/engineering and sales: build onboarding and enablement, create sales toolkits, refine GTM and CRM processes, provide pre-sales technical validation and deal support, coordinate installs, and document resolutions to improve win rates and first-time-right delivery.
