Design unit electrical systems and control panels for commercial HVAC products. Select and qualify electrical components, produce control panel layouts, create prototypes and test plans, coordinate testing and regulatory approvals, support product documentation and order fulfillment, and lead small project teams to meet milestones and quality goals.

Manage and grow building-owner accounts by developing HVAC controls solutions, converting leads, executing account business plans, answering technical questions, coordinating acquisition teams, and ensuring customer retention and profitability.

Design and integrate components for commercial scroll and screw heat pumps and chillers. Lead product development, perform engineering analysis and lab validation, create BOMs and specs, drive quality and reliability solutions, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and global teams.

Manage financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of energy services and construction projects. Lead project teams, validate scope/cost/schedule, manage subcontractors, monitor forecasts and cash flow, and ensure compliance with contracts, safety, and governing agencies. Create and maintain project schedules and risk mitigation plans.

Lead factory transformation and equipment implementation to improve productivity, quality, energy efficiency, and reduce downtime. Provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing and product design issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Design and optimize production lines, develop manufacturing standards and work instructions, and validate PCBA/SMT processes. Drive continuous improvement and collaborate cross-functionally to meet SQDC goals and safety requirements.
