Lead strategic selling of energy services and structured finance solutions. Identify and qualify new business, build relationships with public and private clients, develop financial pro formas and business cases, manage multi-million dollar pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and close large, complex deals that drive financial and sustainability outcomes.

Lead the North Dakota sales office to achieve P&L targets across business streams. Oversee sales, customer acquisition, pricing, marketing, forecasting, hiring, training, and account team assembly. Ensure compliance with company policies, support employee engagement and diversity strategies, and coordinate operations through matrix management. Occasional travel with overnight stays required.

Validate and optimize HVAC equipment selection, pricing, and submittals for projects. Identify cost savings and issues, support sales, negotiate vendor pricing, prepare orders, reconcile job costs, and provide post-order technical support for installation, startup, and warranty.

Design and analyze thermodynamic and fluid systems for refrigeration and airflow. Perform transient simulations and empirical calculations for heat exchangers, compressors, valves, piping and system optimization. Develop heat and mass transfer competencies, support prototype calculations, low-GWP refrigerant designs, and contribute to innovation and sustainability projects.

Support daily production line operations, resolve production and quality issues, standardize station work and SOE, lead process improvement and automation projects, support new product introduction and manufacturing readiness, and drive lean/continuous improvement and EHS enhancements.

Coordinate and dispatch service resources and technicians, schedule personnel/materials/equipment, generate and review work orders and reports, liaise with customers, parts, and managers to ensure timely completion of service and repair work while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Design and support mechanical aspects of liquid cooling products (CDUs): create 3D models in Pro-e, release 2D drawings and BOMs, support manufacturing, troubleshoot coolant connections/leaks, prepare IOMs, and assist with customizations and new product development.

Design, implement, and improve safe, cost-effective manufacturing processes and workstation layouts. Troubleshoot process and MES issues, conduct investigations and statistical studies, create standardized work and documentation, support corrective actions, ensure OSHA-compliant safety with EHS, and translate customer requirements into MES development and testing.

Design user-centered web and mobile experiences: lead research, run design thinking activities, create wireframes/prototypes, contribute to design systems, collaborate with product, engineering, and research in an agile environment to deliver consistent, high-quality UX.

Design, upgrade, and maintain AP Chiller products producing 3D layouts, 2D drawings, BOMs and BIM deliverables. Provide technical support for original designs, engineering changes, testing of components/systems, and VAVE projects. Contribute as an individual contributor under supervision and drive continuous improvement.
