Designs hardware and software solutions for building automation and HVAC control systems. Reviews project documents, creates installation, submittal, and as-built drawings, develops sequences of operation, prepares manuals and estimates, and transitions designs to field teams. Supports technicians with programming, wiring, commissioning, graphics, testing, and startup. Requires collaboration with project managers, customer issue resolution, knowledge of controls products and protocols, and the ability to guide other engineers with minimal supervision.

Administers equipment fulfillment processes, including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, service documents, freight claims, customer order updates, shipping schedules, warranty documents, installation manuals, and submittals. Supports credit approvals, customer communications, vendor coordination, and general administrative activities. Requires strong communication, prioritization, independent judgment, teamwork, and flexibility for overtime or weekends. Lean improvement participation and HVAC familiarity are relevant, with HVAC experience preferred but not required.

Conduct outbound B2B telesales, prospecting, and lead generation for HVAC and process cooling solutions. Build sales pipelines, update CRM records, set appointments, support sales engineers, and convert prospects into opportunities. Research markets, competitors, and customer needs; prepare forecasts and performance reports; collaborate with marketing, customer care, engineering, and project management teams. Provide technical guidance with training and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets and compliance requirements.

Supports data center projects across Türkiye and Eastern Europe through equipment selection, application engineering, pre- and post-sales coordination, commercial support, and disciplined project documentation. Coordinates with sales teams and internal stakeholders to align requirements, deliverables, timelines, and follow-up activities. The role is based onsite in Istanbul with close collaboration with the Ankara office.

Develop and maintain customer relationships, grow revenue and market share, manage pricing and margins, identify new business opportunities, execute account plans, address customer needs, analyze market data, and report sales activity. The role requires daily territory travel with occasional overnight travel and focuses on business development and sales within an assigned territory.

Serves as an inside sales representative for Light Commercial Unitary Replacements, advising HVAC customers, preparing pricing and proposals, managing Salesforce records, facilitating vendor purchasing, and supporting project submittals and turnover. Builds customer relationships, grows existing accounts with Account Managers, resolves customer needs, supports credit applications and collections, promotes products and events, and provides backup for inside sales and fulfillment teams.

Provides in-person and phone support to Trane Supply customers, resolves product and parts issues, processes quotes and orders, and identifies opportunities to grow sales. Maintains product and promotion knowledge, manages invoices and fulfillment follow-up, supports inventory activities, and delivers accurate, professional customer service. The role requires flexibility for overtime and weekends and is performed onsite five days per week.
