As a Senior Support Representative Specialist, provide customer assistance for outbound and inbound deliveries, scheduling freight, and resolving delivery issues. Assist with labor relations in some locations. Desired experience includes teamwork, Microsoft Office proficiency, and bad debt collection experience. High school diploma desired. Food Safety certification preferred. Lifting requirements up to 50 pounds.
