Lead legal operations to optimize contract lifecycle management, outside counsel spend, and legal technology adoption. Implement and integrate CLM, matter management, e-billing and AI solutions, develop playbooks and dashboards, support procurement/IT integrations, manage projects, perform risk and contract analysis, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve legal service delivery.

Manage contract intake and lifecycle, draft and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, perform risk analysis, administer contracting policies and repositories (iManage, HighQ, DocuSign), support CLM software implementations, maintain contract databases, monitor obligations, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Create and execute manual and automated test plans for pharmacy/retail applications. Identify, document, and report defects; validate integrations and releases; improve testing processes and lead QA practices within an Agile environment.
