Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD features (Employee Service Center, Case/Knowledge, Onboarding, Virtual Agent). Perform platform administration, develop scripts and UI components, assist integrations and troubleshooting, document work, and collaborate with HR and technical partners.

Lead ABM strategy and execution for priority accounts, design multi-channel campaigns, align with sales and field marketing, manage end-to-end campaign operations, and measure ROI and pipeline contribution using CRM and marketing platforms.

Define and own product architecture and roadmap for core SaaS product lines. Design scalable, secure, AI-enabled systems across application, integration, data, and AI layers. Enable platform integration (APIM, Identity, Data, AI), ensure responsible AI and security governance, lead architecture reviews, mentor engineering teams, and drive technical debt and scalability strategies. Partner cross-functionally to align architecture with business priorities and enable reusable, production-ready AI/data integrations.

Manage and optimize partner operations across quoting, renewals, onboarding, and lifecycle management. Drive quote-to-order execution, automate workflows, improve renewals and retention, partner on portal development, and operationalize partner program changes using Lean/FBS methodologies.

Lead APAC People Operations for China, Japan, India and regional teams (MyHR, Payroll). Own execution of global HR programs, payroll accuracy, compliance, SLAs, vendor management, and service delivery. Drive standardization, controls, data-driven performance, and partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and COEs to ensure scalable, audit-ready HR operations and strong employee/manager experience.

Lead country-level HR operations and compliance for India, ensuring local labor law adherence, executing HR programs, managing benefits and vendors, partnering with COEs/HRBPs, and driving process improvements and annual HR cycles.
