Architect, implement, and optimize enterprise DLP and CASB solutions across endpoints, network, and cloud. Lead client engagements, design and tune DLP policies, automate deployments and workflows, provide Tier-3 incident response, administer platforms (agents, upgrades, monitoring), and translate GRC requirements into scalable technical controls while driving continuous improvement and documentation.

Designs, implements, and monitors network security solutions (routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs). Troubleshoots packet flows using tcpdump/PCAP, produces STIG checklists, CRQs/RFCs and diagrams, operates monitoring tools, communicates with stakeholders, collaborates on enhancements, and performs on-call NIPR/SIPR duties.

Builds and operates CBP data pipelines: configures Airflow/Glue/Spark/Kafka flows, performs ETL/schema mapping, runs quality checks, applies security/IAM patterns, triages ingestion failures, updates documentation, and tracks data pipeline performance to support analytics and mission partners.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise integration solutions supporting AI/ML and Big Data/Cloud projects. Analyze system flows, automate processes with scripting, produce tests and architecture diagrams, work in Agile teams, and collaborate with stakeholders. Must work onsite a minimum of three days per week.

Lead design, operation, and evolution of the enterprise Elastic platform. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Elastic Stack issues, drive automation, enforce configuration and security standards, support SRE/DevOps/Security teams, build dashboards and alerts, and collaborate with the Elastic vendor to improve platform maturity and capabilities.

Deploy, operate, and maintain Infoblox IPAM; integrate IPAM with network hardware and broader network environment; administer and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, NTP, and subnetting for on-prem and cloud; produce technical documentation and support DHS enterprise engineering operations.
