Lead cross-functional Integrated Product Teams to deliver aerospace product development programs from proposal through production transition. Manage program planning, scope, cost, schedule, risk, customer relations, and production readiness while ensuring compliance with quality and ITAR requirements.

Support FP&A, Commercial and Supply Chain Finance by producing daily financial metric updates, variance and margin analysis, pricing and backlog reports, CAPEX tracking, weekly global service centre analysis, maintaining Power BI dashboards, and completing ad-hoc finance tasks.

Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and new technologies for aerospace components. Test and qualify materials and processes, analyze failures, apply statistical tools (DOE, FMEA), recommend materials/equipment, create documentation, support engineering handoffs, and ensure regulatory/quality compliance (including ITAR where applicable).

Provide high-level administrative support to the VP/GM including calendar and travel coordination, preparing presentations and reports, consolidating data, managing expenses, organizing meetings, handling confidential information, and coordinating cross-departmental projects to completion.

Serve as the first technical contact for customers, translate requirements into quotes and solutions, support distributors/OEMs, optimize CRM/ERP/quoting workflows, build SOPs and dashboards, and pilot AI/automation to improve response speed and accuracy.

Manage and grow distributor/channel relationships in the assigned western region. Develop market research, channel strategies, and sales analyses; coordinate with sales, engineering, and leadership; present performance assessments and implement short- and long-term plans to increase market share. Travel as needed.

Work under close supervision to research, design, and develop RF and mixed-signal communications hardware for defense and space applications. Support new and modernization efforts, perform systems analysis, integration and test, develop test procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements.

Provide technical quotes and respond to customer technical inquiries, validate orders, prepare and track quotations, coordinate technical review meetings, collaborate with supply chain and business line leaders on pricing and lead times, ensure export compliance, and support field sales and regional service centers.

Design and improve manufacturing methods, tooling, fixtures, processes and layouts to support production. Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, evaluate design changes, develop operating instructions and metrics, coordinate vendors/customers, support MRB, and present ROI for equipment or process improvements.

Designs and develops test equipment and automated data-acquisition systems for aerospace products. Plans and runs engineering tests, generates procedures and reports, performs troubleshooting and failure analysis, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and supports product development, sustaining, and regulatory configuration control.
