Lead site-level financial operations for a 45-person location: oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, SOX compliance, audits, ERP enhancements, and a small finance team while partnering with site leadership to drive profitable growth and talent development.

Lead architecture, implementation, integration, and verification of safety-critical embedded firmware for aerospace sensing products. Develop C/C++/Python/Assembly code, use SCADE model-based workflows, perform requirements traceability in DOORS, run LDRA/TQD analysis, support DO-178C certification, debug hardware/software interactions, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Support production quality by collecting and analyzing data, performing root cause and failure analyses, driving corrective/preventive actions, qualifying process/product changes, maintaining quality systems (Control Plans, PFMEAs), supporting audits, and training staff to ensure compliance with aerospace and DoD requirements.

Lead SIOP and master scheduling for assigned product lines to improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and on-time delivery. Develop PFEP and manufacturing plans, align demand with supply capacity, manage material and capacity planning gaps, audit execution, and implement process improvements using Lean practices and Crane Business System.

Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including Nutanix HCI, virtualization, Windows servers, Active Directory, and networking. Administer Veeam backups and SCCM/MECM endpoint management, perform monitoring, patching, DR testing, and provide Tier 2/3 support. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage tickets within SLA, and support OS deployments and application/patch rollouts.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver aerospace manufacturing and supply-chain projects on schedule and within cost targets. Manage supplier transitions, productivity and quality improvements, project plans, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and adherence to financial and operational objectives.

Support product management and engineering for valve products by leading small projects, evaluating customer applications, performing tolerance/material analysis, supporting NPD and obsolescence, providing technical sales support, developing documentation and presentations, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure product reliability and successful commercialization.

Lead mechanical design, development, validation, and certification of industrial instrumentation. Manage detailed drawings, BOMs, GD&T, materials selection, and cross-functional integration. Coach engineers, run feasibility studies, support sustaining/obsolescence, and ensure manufacturability and compliance with global standards.

Lead cross-functional New Product Development projects from concept to launch using Agile/PMI/SAFe methods. Manage stakeholders and customers, analyze data for schedule and budget performance, mitigate risks, support migration to cloud-based Agile tools, and ensure commercialization and financial objectives are met.
