The Equipment Finance Sales Officer is responsible for soliciting companies for equipment finance and leasing opportunities, managing customer relationships, coordinating with product partners, and ensuring compliance with bank policies while engaging in community business functions.

Provide operational and compliance support for CD and IRA accounts using the CORE Billing Application. Process redemptions, withdrawals, and account maintenance; research issues and prepare adjustments; respond to internal and external inquiries by phone/email; meet accuracy and timeliness metrics; serve as backup for teammates and deliver high-quality customer service.

Support business unit leaders by developing forecasts, budgets, management reports, variance analyses, and financial models. Track operational metrics, synthesize data from multiple sources, create standard and ad-hoc reports, identify process improvements, and present findings for leadership review to drive business results.

Support Private Client Advisors by performing account administration, document review, fund transfers, discretionary actions, client service and coordination for tax preparation. Serve as backup client contact, identify relationship expansion opportunities, and maintain professional client-focused communication and organization.

Sell investment products to individual investors while managing an existing client book and generating new business. Partner with internal teams and leverage digital tools (MoneyGuidePro, eSignature, Salesforce) to deliver planning, investment, and insurance services. Maintain required licenses and a clean CRD while providing excellent client service.

Provide timely, accurate servicing and processing of IRA transactions for Private Client Advisors. Support distributions, withholding, transfers, RMD identification and client communications. Maintain compliance, controls, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues and assist during high volumes.

Lead and deliver projects for Commerce Trust using waterfall and agile methods. Define scope, timelines, budgets, manage cross-functional teams, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, engage stakeholders, implement PMO best practices, drive continuous improvement, and mentor team members.

Drive revenue by developing new business and expanding existing client relationships for treasury and cash management services. Perform in-person prospecting, proposals, territory and account planning, coordinate with relationship managers and product partners, manage senior-level client contact, and support marketing and events to meet revenue goals.

Manage and construct individualized investment portfolios, provide comprehensive wealth planning, monitor and rebalance accounts, cultivate and grow client relationships, participate in business development, and ensure compliance with fiduciary and regulatory guidelines.

The Customer Support Specialist handles customer inquiries regarding card fraud, processes disputes, monitors account activities, and ensures compliance with regulations while providing excellent service.
