Compensation Range
Hourly: $16.85 - $19.25 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to support deposit services operations by processing customer transactions, resolving account-related issues, and ensuring work is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures.
Essential Functions:
Process and resolve items within Exception queues, including Stops, Restrictions, Invalid, and Closed Accounts
Process incoming and outgoing return item files in accordance with established procedures, ensuring timely handling of all return items
Calculate and apply interest rate adjustments to customer accounts as required
Perform low to moderate complexity operational tasks while meeting established accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness standards
Process customer transactions in accordance with established procedures guidelines and compliance requirements
Research and resolve transaction-related issues in a timely manner
Respond to internal customer inquiries via phone and email while providing timely, professional support and a high level of customer service
Serve as a backup resource for team members across various areas of the department, as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Basic knowledge of the banking industry, including best practices and regulations
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to learn new processes quickly
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Education & Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ years financial services or related experience required
1+ years customer service experience required
